Review historical board meetings, All Hands, roadmaps, and other key content before we start. This gives me the context to a helpful advisor and coach, no matter the topic, from day one.

Cadence

1:1s with CEO or other executives, leadership meetings, roadmap reviews, board meetings, planning meetings.

Feedback

Run 360 feedback process for CEO via 1:1 conversations with key leadership team and board members. Develop focus areas, tools, and performance plans in concert with CEO.

One-Off Projects

One-off Projects

Senior hiring, restructuring/leveling, comp assessments, fundraising, layoffs or transitions, and problem-solving on key issues.

Start-ups are unpredictable; get help when you need it. Regular check-ins + flexibility to use our time the way you want to.
